1. No-Refund Policy

TinyHug operates on a strict no-refund policy. All purchases made through our platform, including but not limited to subscription plans and premium content, are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to content.

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

After a subscription purchase has been made
For unused portions of subscription periods
If you are dissatisfied with the service
Due to changes in our service offerings
For accidental or duplicate purchases

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

Log in to your TinyHug account
Navigate to "Account Settings"
Select "Subscription"
Click on "Cancel Subscription"
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Once your subscription is cancelled:

You will not be charged for future billing cycles
You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
No partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing period
Your account will revert to the free version at the end of the billing period

3. Billing Cycle and Charges

Subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each cycle
Monthly and annual billing options available
Automatic renewal until cancellation
Price changes will be communicated in advance

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle you selected (monthly or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, TinyHug may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests that fall outside our standard policy. Such circumstances may include:

Technical issues that significantly impacted service access for an extended period
Erroneous charges that can be verified by our payment processing system

5. Free Trial Conversions

One free trial per user

If you signed up for a free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. We do not provide refunds if you forget to cancel your subscription before the free trial period ends.
